In the village there’s a blacksmith and in the in the blacksmith shop there’s a chest.The loot that you get from the chest is iron leggings and iron boots, as well as four apples. The village is rather big for a fishing village. There are plenty of crops, and there is some livestock. Also under the well there is a cave system. Near by there is also a ravine. The ravine has a lava flow. With a stream of water down the sides it could be a perfect place to make obsidian.
